Is application rate information available for the many different applications for food grade calcium chloride products?

OxyChem does not maintain detailed expertise in each of the many different applications
for its food grade calcium chloride products. Therefore, it is the responsibility of
the end user to determine if a particular calcium chloride product meets the requirements
for a particular application and to determine the appropriate application rate and method
for the situation. To help the end user in making this determination, OxyChem provides
sales specifications, material safety data sheets and product information sheets. Additional
information may be available from food industry associations, food science journals, agricultural
agencies and/or university food science departments.
